REGIONAL INFERENCE
The Western Disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation over Jammu & Kashmir and neighbourhood at 3.1 km above mean sea level persists. The trough aloft in mid and upper tropospheric westerlies with its axis at 5.8 Km above mean sea level now runs roughly along longitude 77°E to the north of latitude 32°N. A fresh Western Disturbance is very likely to affect Western Himalayan region from 25th April. A cyclonic circulation over West Uttar Pradesh and adjoining Haryana extending upto 1.5 km above mean sea level persists. The north¬south trough from East Uttar Pradesh to eastern parts of Vidharbha across East Madhya Pradesh at 0.9 km above mean sea level persists.

No significant change in Maximum temperatures over Northwest-India during next 24 hrs and rise by 2-3 ℃ thereafter. Dust raising winds are likely over parts of Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi during next 24 hours.
