REGIONAL INFERENCE
The Western Disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation lies over Jammu & Kashmir and adjoining North-Pakistan and extends upto 3.1 km above mean sea level. The associated trough now runs roughly along Long. 74°E and north of Lat. 28°N at 5.8 km above mean sea level. The lowest minimum temperature over the plains of Northwest India was 5.7 degree celcius recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Gradual fall in Minimum temperatures by 2-4 degree celcius likely over NW-India during next 3 days. Shallow to moderate fog likely at isolated places over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, west Uttar Pradesh and north Rajasthan during next 3 days.
